Findings from an 18-month Leverhulme Trust study provide key answers to the factors that drive SME growth. The study focused on ‘High Impact SMEs’ – organizations that are achieving high growth (in revenue, profits and employment) and are disruptive. High Impact SMEs invest in a broader range of innovative activities, and are more diversified in the markets they serve. They exemplify organizations that many of us aspire to create. The report presents a new model – The Leaders Growth Mindset – to explain the common set of practices that High Impact leaders apply and that we can each develop in our everyday work.
