It will be soon be compulsory for organisations with over 250 employees to measure and report on Gender Pay gap.

Organisations employing over 250 staff will soon have to produce and publish reports including the mean and median differences based on hourly pay rates of female employees compared to male employees and also the difference in bonus payments received by male and female employees. This requirement will be necessary from April 2017 although organisations will have up to 12 months to publish this information.

This event will help your organisation make a positive start on this journey.

Even employing less than 250, it would be good practice, given the other advantages to your business, to start addressing the issue now.
