Dr Mark Gilman


After 16 years working in Engineeering Mark graduated in Economics & Industrial Studies at Leeds University, before embarking on MA and PhD studies in Industrial Relations at the University of Warwick. Since then he has taught at undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education levels, supervised a number of PhD projects and continues to be research active establishing an applied research centre in 2004 to further work on HRM and performance. Throughout all his projects he aims to interact and engage a range of business, support, and policy partners with research and has developed the Promoting Sustainable Performance research and engagement model to facilitate this process.
