Many ISBE Special Interest Groups and tracks are organising sessions during the Virtually ISBE 2020 event. Where authors are required to submit abstracts and/or papers to these sessions, prospective authors are advised to read and familiarise themselves with this year’s author guidelines before submitting an abstract or paper for review.
Given the exceptional circumstances, Virtually ISBE 2020 is not a replica of our annual conference and we are not running an open call for abstracts & papers across conference tracks as usual. Submissions are only accepted for advertised SIG sessions.
Please note that some paper types have changed this year.
Early Career Researchers
If you are an Early Career Researcher who is submitting an abstract for the first time and looking for some informal support/guidance, please feel free to get in touch with Dr Kayleigh Watson [Co-ordinator of the ISBE Early Career Researcher Forum] at .
Anyone who defines themselves as an ECR is invited to indicate this when submitting their abstract so that reviewers are aware and can provide comprehensive feedback where appropriate.
