The Insolvency Service is a division of UK BEIS and has a call for evidence out as part of a Government review of personal insolvency. They are particularly interested in any evidence on the impact of business failure on the personal insolvency of the self-employed, sole-traders and partners in micro-businesses, arising from, say, personal lending guarantees ( business lending secured on the business owner’s home etc.).
