Focus of Book

The editors invite authors to submit a book chapter. Examples of possible topics include:

Subsistence Entrepreneurship

  • bottom of the pyramid issues
  • frugal innovation
  • entrepreneurship in developing countries

Collaborative Innovation

  • how firms co-create value
  • public/private partnerships
  • Internationalisation of firms through network and alliance relationships


  • environmental issues
  • social entrepreneurship
  • social innovation

Social Goals

  • non-profit initiatives
  • community organisations
  • government initiatives

Prospective chapters can be Empirical or conceptual in design.

Submitting Author Requirements

Prospective authors can send an expression of interest to Dr Vanessa Ratten email: Submissions should be between 4000-9000 words including tables and references and should provide a title, summary abstract, introduction, key literature, methodology (if appropriate), findings, discussion and conclusions. All submissions will be double blind peer reviewed.
