Cancellation
You may cancel your place at the conference up to 6th October 2024 after this time there will be no refunds.
Substitutions can be made at any time and should be detailed by email to
Refunds
If your place is cancelled before the 6th October 2024 then we will refund your booking in full, minus any bank charges or minus 3% if it was paid by credit card, to cover fees.
If your booking is cancelled after the 6th October 2024 then no refund will be available.
There is no cost for a substitution.
(Please note, delegates should make their own insurance arrangements to cover travel if appropriate, as ISBE is not able to reimburse expenses for travel and accommodation in the event of cancellations).
