The Centre for Research in Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship (CREME) and PrOPEL Hub are hosting a workshop virtually on 9th December 09:00-13:00, exploring the challenges and solutions to providing effective and inclusive people management support for micro businesses. The UK’s smallest businesses (0-49 employees) make up 99.3% of the UK’s total business population, they account for 36% of the UK’s turnover and serve an important role in the heart of communities. Many microbusinesses face barriers in trying to access support and advice to improve the productivity and well-being of their workforce.
