Wanted participants to test an online extra-curricular entrepreneur education and training programme.

Business owners are wanted to pilot an online programme that has been designed to enhance existing business education and in doing so change the way that business is done. The curriculum has been designed to improve the health, well-being and performance of business owners, help them to build and maintain positive working relationships and to have a positive impact on society and the environment. Online materials have been designed in a bite-size format and can be accessed anytime and anywhere to fit around other commitments. More importantly, learners can select topics that reflect their interests and that meet their individual learning needs. They do not need to complete the whole programme.
The materials explore the importance of ensuring stability, how to build and maintain relationships, how to achieve excellence, what it means to courageously evolve and to express oneself authentically, how to cultivate a sense of community and finally how to make a contribution by doing business with a purpose.
