The GETM3 project was launched at a two-day event at Northumbria University with project partners from Korea, Ireland, Poland, Slovenia and the UK.
Global & Entrepreneurial Talent Management 3 is a research and innovation staff exchange project funded by the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 scheme to the tune of 950k euros over 4 years. The research will investigate the dilemma of harnessing young people’s natural entrepreneurial traits while they work in established businesses, with an aim to enhance regional and national economic development. The funding supports international mobility, networking and knowledge transfer between partners and beyond in order to produce international impact. Research capacity at individual, institutional, national and international levels is also the aim. Partner organisations are HEIs, employers and SME industry organisations in the UK, Ireland, Poland, Slovenia and Korea.
