Your chance to study a 90% government funded programme to support SMEs in boosting business performance and growth potential.

Help to Grow: Management is delivered by Sheffield Business School, which is accredited by the Small Business Charter.

Delivered by development consultants and business and enterprise experts, this practical course takes place over 12 modules and will include both online and face-to-face sessions, alongside peer support and 121 mentoring. The course is 90% funded by the Government, and has been designed to allow participants to complete it alongside full-time work. The cost to the business is £750.

This executive development course is designed to support SMEs to boost their business performance and growth potential. Small business leaders will develop their strategic skills to increase their business’s long-term productivity, resilience and capacity to innovate.

The curriculum has been designed with support from industry, using real world case studies and will cover key areas of leadership including; strategy and innovation, digital adoption, marketing, finance, organisational design, and efficient operations.

At the end of the course you will have developed a growth plan for your organisation to help achieve your long-term vision and strategic goals.
