The Centre for Research in Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship (CREME) will be hosting a hybrid conference on 26th May 2022, 09:30-16:30 (UK Time) exploring ‘International Perspectives on Migrant Entrepreneurship: Policy and Practice’. The conference will bring together leading researchers and practitioners to explore migrant entrepreneurship across the globe. The turn of international events has pushed migration to the fore of policy agendas around the world. Migrants often start their own businesses in their new societies. The creative ways they build their new lives through enterprise requires urgent attention. Contributors to this international event; Prof Benson Honig, Prof Maria Elo, Dr Alexandra David, Dr Michelle Richey, and Olive Ashimwe will share their cutting-edge research and leading examples of best practice and will join forces to change the narrative on migrant entrepreneurship.
