Kindly sponsored by NorthEast Growth Hub

This track focuses on quantitative/econometric analysis of SME growth. We particularly welcome submissions which adopt rigorous quantitative methodologies and/or comparative empirical approaches. Primary or secondary analyses are both welcome. Issues of particular interest are:
• Explorations of the enablers of or barriers to SME growth and performance
• What explains high growth?
• Explorations of specific drivers of SME growth, e.g. skills, innovation, exports or policy interventions
• Growth, collaboration and networks – how do networks and collaboration contribute to business growth?
