Eligent Club and Accelerator

The Entrepreneurial Learning Policy and Practice (ELPP) Special Interest Group (SIG) is passionate about bridging the divide between research, practice and policy.

One of our focus is on how academics and businesses can work together to solve pressing business and start up challenges. To that end, we are pleased to announce that we have partnered with a tech-based startup club and accelerator in London. ISBE and Eligent Club/Accelerator established our partnership to collaborate and work together on a 6-month startup accelerator programme for digital tech startups in the UK and Europe.

This unique industry and academic partnership provides a platform for startups to engage directly with ISBE specialist researchers to solve pressing business problems. ISBE professionals and academics are encouraged to work alongside the programme as knowledge experts and academic/research mentors; this will provide opportunities for co-creation of value, research and networking opportunities. In addition, ISBE members will have access to the Eligent Digital Hub which has been designed to facilitate digital engagement with startups and to build effective communication channels between new businesses with researchers and academics with their early stage challenges and future development.
