Reflecting on our responses to lock-down by learning from the approaches taken by other sectors.
ISBE member Adrian Ashton has been supporting sector bodies, private companies, charities, educational institutions, and others with their responses to the pandemic since the national lock-down that started in March 2020. In his first white paper, he takes an inclusive and holistic reflection on the challenges different sectors have faced, and draws parallels in how organisations of all types have acted. This is not in an attempt to apportion blame or celebrate innovation, but rather to encourage and inform people as they too start to reflect on the changes they’ve introduced, and what they might do next in an ever-changing operating environment.
