Sharing his designed practices, approaches, and policies (and the impact of these), Adrian shows how he takes an integrated, full system design thinking approach to not only which practices to adopt, but how these can be (and have been) further extended, how the impact of them can be quantified, and how this can all be externally validated and assured.
