ISBE member proposes and highlights how imposter syndrome can affect a whole organisation, not just individuals within it


As part of a national ongoing programme of support to leaders of community enterprises, ISBE member Adrian Ashton was invited to lead conversations on how imposter syndrome can affect more than just individuals, but manifest in ways that affect a whole organisation’s performance and future success.  Reflections and outcomes of these conversations were captured by the host, Locality, and shared via their website here.
