Interactive workshops to inform the development of new practice guidance on intergenerational wealth transfer for family business owning families.
The Centre for Research in Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship and the Institute for Family Business Research Foundation are working together on developing new guidance. We want to invite family business owners, and next generation family members, and their advisors to an interactive workshop to inform the development of new practice guidance on intergenerational wealth transfer.
We are inviting participants to share their own experiences and views with the purpose of informing the development of the new guidance. The workshop will offer participants a chance to learn more about and discuss new research on intergenerational justice construction and management in business-owning families. It will also offer a confidential and safe space for participants to share their own experience and hear about the experiences of others relating to wealth transfer, making inheritance choices and gift decisions, within business families.
