This regular flagship report contains three main parts. Part 1 provides data for EU and OECD countries on activity rates in entrepreneurship and self-employment by people from different social groups – women, youth, immigrants, the unemployed, and seniors, as well as the barriers to entrepreneurship experienced. Part 2 contains thematic chapters on microfinance policies and policies for immigrant entrepreneurship. Part 3 is a set of country profiles assessing inclusive entrepreneurship issues and recent policy developments in different countries.
