Release of OECD/European Union publication The Missing Entrepreneurs 2021.  It examines entrepreneurship activities and policies across different social groups.

This regular flagship report contains three main parts.  Part 1 provides data for EU and OECD countries on activity rates in entrepreneurship and self-employment by people from different social groups – women, youth, immigrants, the unemployed, and seniors, as well as the barriers to entrepreneurship experienced.  Part 2 contains thematic chapters on microfinance policies and policies for immigrant entrepreneurship.  Part 3 is a set of country profiles assessing inclusive entrepreneurship issues and recent policy developments in different countries.
