Need a pick-me-up? This breakfast will be packed with feel good advice including top tips to lighten the load when juggling home life and working from home.
- You can’t give tea from an empty teapot! – UCLan’s very own Dr Survival®, Dr Sarita Robinson, is an expert in human behaviour during life-threatening emergencies. Here, Sarita will apply the science taken from extensive research and apply it to our current situation. Expect interventions that can build resilience and support and maintain your mental wellbeing, helping you to cope with everyday life through these challenging times.
- Juggling home life with work life – This interactive session will hear from attendees, our members as you share your top tips for all things staying at home whilst maintaining business as usual. Come prepared with your tips to share, you will also hear an update on the working from home principles and how they contribute to health and wellbeing, plus an insight into SMEs with highlights from our latest round of research interviews.
- Health champions – whether you are a sole trader or an SME with 100+ staff, we can all make changes to improve our physical and mental health, here we will share a framework for how you can encourage and promote a healthier lifestyle that is scalable regardless of the size of your organisation.
- One Minute Pitch – we invite Centre for SME Development members to introduce yourselves and your business to attendees – you have 60 seconds!
