ISBE member, Adrian Ashton, has recently published his 15th annual impact report on his enterprise – and having utilised a consistent methodology over this period (including external benchmarking, and alignment to the UN’s Global Goals), he has been able to definitively measure how far the effects of the global pandemic have had on the outcomes that his enterprise support and enterprise operations have had.
This will allow him to better #BuildBackBetter through using a more evidence-based approach to reviewing which new practices introduced during lockdown should be continued, and how far his enterprise should seek to revert to pre-Covid 19 working models.
